SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Flashburn Design Pty Ltd. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Production and Order Processing Time
Most of our standard products, including non-customised artwork, are processed within 1-2 days of receiving your order. Because many of our products are made-to-order or customised according to your specifications, please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and order preparation of these item before your items are handed over to our couriers. Orders are not generally shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Within Australia)
We use a mix of reliable courier services (including Australia Post, Sendle, Aramex, and CouriersPlease) to optimize delivery times and costs based on your location and package size.
Standard Domestic Shipping: We use a mix of standard (flat) shipping rates from Australia post (currently around $10.20 per item and $2-3 per additional item, as well as calculated shipping rates from other providers. These rates may change and we will update our delivery prices accordingly. You will be presented with an accurate shipping rate on check-out after you enter your address. Delivery for domestic items takes approximately 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Express Domestic Shipping: This is calculated based on the Standard Domestic Shipping rate from Australia post PLUS $3 for the first item and $2 for every additional item. hese rates may change and we will update our delivery prices accordingly. You will be presented with an accurate shipping rate on check-out after you enter your address. Delivery takes approximately 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Standard shipping is completely free for all domestic orders over $100.
International Shipping Policy
We ship to major countries worldwide. Shipping charges for your international order will be dynamically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your country and package weight. Delivery speeds for international transit typically range between 7 to 21 business days depending on your local postal network and customs processing.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Flashburn Design Pty Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will generally receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched from our facility. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. We do not garantee a tracking number will be provided by every carrier or available to you. We do not offer local click-and-collect or pickup services at this time.
Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Items
Flashburn Design Pty Ltd takes great care in packaging your orders safely. However, we are not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party carriers.
If your parcel is severely delayed, marked as delivered but missing, or arrives with visible physical damage, you must file a missing package or damage dispute directly with the shipping carrier first.
Once you have initiated a dispute with the courier, please contact us at flashburn@flashbun.com.au with your official carrier case number so that we can assist you with the investigation or look into an amicable resolution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
